Room available in the heart of Midtown in lux building, ~15min walk from Grand Central. 3 bed, 1 bath flex apartment with small common areas. We’re looking for a 3rd awesome roommate to renew our lease! We’re aiming to sign the lease before the end of the month.

Move-in: June 1

Rent: 1st month = FREE / 11 months = $2100 1-year lease

Room: master bedroom with two windows, lots of natural light, and a huge closet. Unfurnished, but current roommate is willing to sell her mattress, a small desk and chair.

Building: NRQW BDFM trains on the corner; 1,2,3 one block away and A,C,E two blocks away. ~15 min walk from Grand Central. Doorman 24/7. Laundry room and gym open 24/7. Package room (until 9pm), Amazon lockers, lounge area/game room (25th fl), rooftop (26th fl), resident-only events, classes. No amenities fee. No security deposit for qualified applicants. Building application required. Guarantors are welcomed.

Roommates: We are one female and one gay male who are very clean and tidy (especially common areas). Currently, one of us works hybrid and the other in-person 5x. We are happy to be friends with our new roommate but also very respectful of their time to rest. I love movie nights at home with wine and cheese, but I go out occasionally🍹I also like to practice yoga and ballet. Please, no pets, no smoking, no couples. Thanks!!
