This spacious 19 x 15 furnished master bedroom includes your own bathroom and 2 walk in closets. You’ll have access to shared living spaces and amenities like the kitchen, living room, 2 car garage, brand new washer/dryer set, and pool.
Location - Access to Westpark Tollway, Beltway 8 and Highway 59. Close to grocery stores (Kroger, Trader Joe’s, HEB, etc.), Memorial shopping center and the Galleria. This listing is perfect for you if you like being close to the city, but still enjoy peace and quiet. If you’re interested let me know!
Utilities: Monthly rent includes cable, internet, water & sewer service, all landscaping, trash pick up. The electric bill will be split between yourself and the current tenant.
