Hervey Street

This is a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Culver City, Los Angeles. I am hoping for someone to take over my lease from January - end of June. There are only 4 units in the building, so it is very quiet and peaceful in this area. We are super close to I-10, but not close enough to hear it. There are utilities, but water is included. I am planning on leaving my full size bed. It is only 2.5 years old. First month of rent is negotiable!

My roommates are Liz and Frances and are both female. Liz has a dog named Lucy who is a little shy, but very sweet and well-behaved. Liz and Frances are super easy to get along with and live with. They are very chill and are down to hang out, whether it’s going out or staying in and playing board games/watching movies. They are also both musicians (oboe/piano and saxophone). We put up sound blankets (the black things draped on my wall) and that helps a lot with the noise! And they won’t practice their instruments super early or late at night :)
