This is a 3rd floor 2bed/2bath apartment with a bedroom for rent. The application goes through the complex, so clean background check is required. The bathroom is a “main bathroom,” and will be shared with guests. The apartment has everything fully supplied and furnished except the bedroom. The complex has a pool and gym. Laundry is in-unit. No utilities included, they are all billed separate. They would be split in half.

I am a full time nursing student, working two jobs and looking for a roommate so I am unable to cut down on hours to focus more on studying. I am quiet, clean, and respectable.
