You’ll have a private bedroom and a “semi-private” bathroom — realistically, it’s yours. it’s only occasionally used by guests since it’s located in the main living area. (Prior notice will be given) Garage storage space is available. You’ll also have access to a furnished guest room for visiting friends or family. All common areas are shared, and washer/dryer use is included. The home also features a fenced-in backyard and small pool.

We’re a laid-back household — it’s just me, my fiancé (Navy vet), and our friendly Standard Poodle, so being a dog lover is a must 😊 We’re both pretty easygoing and keep a calm, clean home. We work full-time during the day, so the house is quiet most weekdays. We’re more on the introverted side but enjoy the occasional board game night or small get-together with family. We love cooking and grilling, and we especially enjoy decorating and celebrating holidays — Halloween is kind of our thing 🎃 We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle — respectful, easy to live with, and who appreciates a peaceful home environment.
