Sam's room

It is in an apartment complex. Rent includes access to a gym, a pool (when complex has it open). While it will be a shared bathroom there is a double vanity so you will have your own sink. The townhouse is mostly furnished in the common areas (living room, and kitchen). There is an in unit washer/dryer in the kitchen as well. There is a small patio that I use for storage but there is open areas outside the back door. I also have a security system for the inside of the house as well. The area itself is close to pretty much everything. It’s 20 minutes to Inner Harbor, and between 10-15 minutes to anything else you can imagine.

I am a college athletics coach so I am not there often during the season. I keep the place clean and currently am there by myself with no pets. I am also working on finishing up my masters degree so I do a lot of computer work when I am home. I like to cook/bake so there is a full kitchen. I also play video games both PC/Xbox (when I have time which isn’t very often) but being in athletics I also am very into working out.
