Large bedroom with walk in closet, large bathroom, washer and dryer in unit,fireplace, balcony with a nice grill, a wet bar with a wine fridge if that’s your thing, large kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, balcony with grill. Hardwood floor and 26ft ceilings in the main room. Looking for someone fun, clean, and easy going. A good sense of humor is appreciated. 1450/mo +utilities (usually less than $100) internet, cable (with HBO, Showtime, Netfilx, Hulu). For some reason the site is not letting me say that gated parking is included.
