Room has: twin size mattress with memory foam topper bed, chair and foot rest with storage, 9 cube book case, dresser, night stand, 3 lamps, mini refrigerator with freezer, microwave, rolling cart with single cup coffee maker, small table, new 32 inch flat screen TV mounted on the wall with Roku, DVD player, mirrored closet doors, wall to wall carpet, double pane windows, blackout curtains, frosted windows and black window screen for added privacy. Newly painted, very clean! Bedding and towels provided.

*Perfect room for traveling worker, internship, apprenticeship. We have had many out of town workers and students that needed a place to stay during their time at the job site. Students must be junior or above with proof of income or freshmen/sophomore with parent to cosign.

No Drugs or Alcohol Abuse Tolerated! Tenant will be give notice to vacate if either are an issue. No Smoking of Tobacco, Marijuana,Vapping or any kind of drugs inside the home. No drama tolerated.

Must be respectful and responsible.
