Must be employed outside of the home, proof of employment, and refrences. If student must be taking classes outside the home and proof of how you can pay for rent. *Perfect room for traveling worker, internship, apprenticeship and student. Short and long term stay welcomed. Students must have proof of income.

No Drugs, No Smoking of Tobacco, Marijuana,Vappings inside the home. Smoking allowed outside on the sidewalk. No parties!

Pool and Jacquzzi. Kitchen privilges. Parking on the street in front of unit.

We have had out of town workers rent from us, such we apprenticeship linemen, construction job site in our area, nurses, engineering students needing a room for internship during junior and senior year, that ended up renting full time after graduation and taking a job with company of internship.

We are a very low key, respectful home and looking for the same minded person.
