This is an expansive, hilltop, share and treat as your own, panoramic ocean and city-lights view, pool and jacuzzi adorned, multi-million dollar place of respite that you’d be proud to call home- and be hard pressed to replicate elsewhere. Your private bedroom comes either furnished or unfurnished- depending on your situation. You’ll, of course, have full house privileges and access to all common areas of this distinguished 1/2 acre Rancho Palos Verdes property. Beside the around the clock commanding views, unmatched natural hilltop privacy, and steady refreshing ocean breezes, you’ll also enjoy a spacious fully provisioned gourmet kitchen with professional quality stainless steel appliances and; multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces where you can relax, do a little work, or enjoy a nice meal.

Your age and gender does not matter here, whatsoever. Your authenticity and positive and collaborative participation in a home environment that you’d love to be a part of; are what matters the most in this safe, respectful, and perfectly comfy home that we share as equals. O’I nearly forgot. There is one “you must be.” You must be a non-smoker.

2. rent: $1700/month for one person
3. deposit: one month’s rent
4. min stay of 3 months
5. utilities: shared equally after a $50/mo allowance
6. children and pets are not sought but may be considered on an individual/situational basis!
7. good credit, work and personal references, and background check always appreciated
8. be treated and treat it as if it belongs to you.
