Rent is $525 and utilities are usually around $50.
There is a washer and dryer attached to the house in the outside laundry room.
The 2 roommates are girls, they have 3 cats.
It is a nice, quiet, area in a safe neighborhood off 34th, about 6-7 minutes away from University of Florida.
Parking is available under carport and in the driveway. Fenced backyard, shed for extra storage out back and front porch.
Dishwasher, oven, pantry, microwave available. Room is unfurnished. Both fridge and dishwasher have been updated since photos were taken.
About the roomies
I am looking to rent my room and have someone take over my lease.
