Hi im looking for a clean responsible roommate. I’m looking to rent out a private room upstairs and there’s also a bathroom upstairs. This is a gated community very safe and friendly area. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a loft. The room is furnished has a queen bed and small cabinet. But willing to move things out if you want to bring your own. Very reasonable and hoping to make you comfortable in your new home.
