Rent includes HOA maintenance of landscaping and pool, and use of community clubhouse: gym, computer room, tennis courts etc. Home is located in 4 corners, about 20 minutes from Disney parks. Females only. We like to go to the parks, have potlucks and pool days, and watch TV and relax.☺️ There is a cat that lives in the home and belongs to one of the roommates (for anyone who is allergic to cats) No other pets allowed, sorry!
