This furnished bedroom with attached private bathroom, furnished kitchen, with onsite laundry is great stay for short or long term renters looking for a nice neighborhood and considerate roommates. Two cats and one old dog also live here, all pets are in and outdoor and usually nap in the living room or their owner’s bedrooms. Nice neighborhood right off of Greensferry in Post Falls.
About the roomies
The landlord cover all utilities and yard maintenance. One 25yo college student lives in the other bedroom with their cat, they mostly keep to themselves and clean up after any kitchen use.
