House is located 1/2 block West of SE 82nd (Bus line 72 -frequent service) and 1 block North of SE Holgate (Bus line 17 -frequent service). Driveway parking or street parking is available. Lots of restaurants and stores on SE 82nd Ave. Nearby Foster Road also has a lot of coffee shops & restaurants. This is the Foster-Powell neighborhood and also called the Jade District.

Just ME and YOU. This is a 2 bedroom house built in 1947 with an unfinished basement and a garage that is being used as storage. No other housemates. This has a shared bathroom (a shower/bathtub). I have a very friendly, female, mixed breed chihuahua, 10 years old. She gets along well with other dogs and friendly dogs are welcome. She would enjoy the company. The large backyard is fenced. I would like to plant a garden in the spring. If you are a yard/ garden person - you would be free to do whatever you want with the yard. It is pretty much a blank slate. There are doggie doors leading to the garage and then out to the yard so that doggies can go potty at anytime. My dog will chase a cat and so, unfortunately, no cats. ABOUT ME: I am 54 years old, female, work 50-55 hours a week (7am - 6pm) in downtown Portland in a professional office environment. Liberal in my politics. I’m into recycling and watching documentaries on the weekends. I like to go camping occasionally, sometimes just by myself with my dog; YOU should be gay-friendly. I’m introverted. I kind of prefer hanging out alone for the most part. In other words, I don’t really expect a housemate to hang out with a lot.
