One parking space in gated community, and over night security on site Monday-Sunday. Shared common area will be kitchen only, no laundry onsite. Located in Pomona, borderline chino hills close to 57/60/10/71 freeway’s. I am 13 minutes away from cal poly Pomona and mt San Antonio college.

Looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful, and drama free. It is a family home so please be mindful this will not be made into a party house. Someone who picks up after themselves, does not have over night visitors, and pays rent on time without needing constant reminders.

$1,000 deposit due at the time of signing rental contract. $900 every 1st of the month.

I work in the medical field and have a pretty set schedule. My kids and I are not home until about 6pm. They are in school most of the day, and when we are home it’s time to have dinner and wind down. The both of them are very familiar with respecting people space, they won’t be banging on your door or yelling like crazy lol. I’m very social and understanding, I value transparency and communication. I respect other people’s time and space, and I hope for the same back. I rarely have friends over for get togethers, all of my friends are back in Orange County. But during my free time I do enjoy spending time with family and friends.
