It’s not much, but it’s cozy 😊Just north of downtown Grand Rapids, this house is conveniently close for students, residents, and travelers for Medical Mile and all the associated schools (GVSU, GRCC, MSU, etc). I moved into this cute place and would love to have a roommate! Your room is in the new addition and we’d share a tiny bathroom. My kitchen stuff and furniture is already moved in and you’re welcome to use any and all of it. There is a TV and twin bed available if you’d like it and with enough heads up I can find any other furniture to furnish it to help your move. Street parking, near Riverside Park, and plenty of storage available in the attic. It’s old, there’s character, come on by!

I recently moved in and am having fun still unpacking boxes :) I am a nurse with strange work hours, love to garden, cook, and host the occasional dinner party. As a queer woman I want to know this is a safe space to come as you are. Unless you smoke, because see above about the “being a nurse” thing. I’d love to meet and see if we mesh!
