The room can come furnished or unfurnished. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen and in unit Washer Dryer. And has high speed internet and cable.

Amenities are charged quarterly and is split equally between all 4 roommates. It’s usually about $100/ month per person.

It’s a four bedroom apartment where everyone has their own private rooms and you’d be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

The apartment is about 3 mile from the beach and is located between Brentwood, Santa Monica and Sawtelle. Easy access to highways(405 and the 10). It’s super close to UCLA, about 10 min by car or there’re plenty of buses that take you there. We have a Target, Trader Joe’s and Ralphs all within walking distance. There’re multiple gyms(YMCA a block away and an LA fitness less than a mile away) and activities(yoga, boxing, tennis courts, swimming pools) close by. Plenty of restaurants and bars around here. The Brentwood farmers market is about a 20min walk.

The roommates are all guys, super chill, friends in their mid 20s and work full time. And we keep the place super clean and organized and would prefer a someone who’d do the same. The place is quiet during the week and we sometimes have friends over during the weekends but nothing too crazy.

Smoking is fine all long as it’s in the balcony.

I attend film school at UCLA and the place has been super convenient, but now done with school and am moving east and need someone to take up my spot.

The current lease runs until August, after which you can choose to extend if you want.
