I have two available rooms for rent in my house near the QFC in Camas, WA! Rooms ready for move in 3/1/24.

For the two 10x15 rooms:

• rent per month is $900, internet included
• the people in these two rooms will share a full bathroom

Utilities/water will be split by the number of people in the house. I will be living in the basement.

• Renters will not be allowed to have pets, but I do have a cat.
• Background check required
• All renters will sign a lease
• First + last months rent + refundable security deposit required
• Prefer young professionals/students like myself

This house is three levels, with a deck and a fenced backyard. You will have access to the living room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck on the main floor. (Shared living spaces will be furnished upon move in)

I will be living in the basement of the house. I am a female in my early 20’s, working a hybrid work schedule in the legal field. The current renter of the master bedroom is a male, also in his early 20’s, working in office in finance.
