Seeking friendly roommate who likes to keep a clean home! Located in a quiet and safe Glendora neighborhood, we have one bedroom available with a shared bathroom. All common areas open to use, washer and drier usage included, full use of kitchen available and ready for immediate move in. We are great roommates just looking for our 3rd roomie!
We are close to the 210 freeway and the Glendora Marketplace Shopping Center, very convenient for a busy lifestyle! Our home has hardwood and granite floors, we ask for no pets please. Applicants must complete a rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
