About the room
I’ve had another roommate back out of a lease due to personal circumstances and I need to find someone to replace him. The place I’ll be renting is Solace over on Cimmaron Hills, about 3 minutes off of base and 3 seconds off of powers. These are very nice, higher-end apartments.
Right now, your cut of the lease would be about $850 a month, give or take depending on bills. We will be renting the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom varient with 1500 square feet. Some of the ammenities are:

- Mail room
- Washer and Dryer
- Dishwasher
- Fully equipped modern kitchen
- Spaciousness
- Storage space
- High speed internet
Your roomates will be me and SPC. Cruz, We are both extremely clean, low-to-moderate noise individuals who work scattered schedules. We don’t mind occasional guests, though we would ask that you limit the frequency of any large social gatherings.
