whole place is fully furnished. You’ll have your own room and bathroom. Your bathroom is right across from your room and you’ll have a walk in closet. Town home comes with a living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, tv, and more. Townhome has its own gym, pool, hot tub, rooftop, grill, free coffee, and more.

You’ll be living with 3 guys who are all ASU students. My roommates enjoy going out to bars once or twice a week. They enjoy sports and watch football and basketball almost everyday. They all go to the gym and like to cook their own food. Overall they are super laid back guys who will get along with anything. They never thrown any parties, but won’t mind you having a few people over.
