Hickok Place

Very cozy room with beautiful windows that allow for excellent lighting. The floors are carpeted and I can leave the room unfurnished if requested. The apartment is very well decorated and pretty much fully furnished. Living room has excellent lighting and has a very lovely atmosphere to it. The kitchen comes with anything you’d really need to cook with so no need to bring pots or pans. There are two full bathrooms. One of which is very close to the room being subletted and the other is on the opposite side of the apartment. In addition, there are also two free parking spots in the back lot. There is also a coin, washer and dryer in the basement of the unit. The upstairs neighbors are also very kind and respectful so noise is not much of an issue.

There are currently three other sub-letters all of which are women. I have met all of them and they are all very kind and respectful people. They all seem to be interested in doing their own thing and will likely keep to themselves. None of the current sub letters have pets however, pets are welcome. There is just a security deposit that must be put down. I am personally very close with the upstairs neighbors and they are all very wonderful and respectful people.
