Karen's room

Single room with access to most of the rest of the house. Private bathroom. Utilities included, within reason, but I keep it very comfortable. Parking spot in a 3 car driveway. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. A lot of walking trails.

To be very real and honest: I am very much a homebody. I work from home and when I am not working, I am still on the computer or working in the art room. I also have the TV on most of the time and most of the time just for background noise. I have a dog, extra large, but nice. I am not the best housekeeper so I am willing to discuss housekeeping options.
