Tom's room

Room available in a historic Newport house off Broadway near Newport hospital. The room is on the third floor and you will share the bathroom on the third floor with the other guy on the third floor. The house is cleaned every other week by a cleaning service so you’ll have to pick up your room before they arrive. The room is available on a short term basis (six months min). There are three other guys living here (four in the house total). The other two guys are on the second floor and share the second floor bathroom. Laundry is in the basement and parking is street parking. There are also two dogs that live here but they don’t go up on the third floor. Utilities as well as internet are included. The room is pretty much for guys coming to Newport for training on the Navy base or other short term education (like IYRS). The room is for one person only. No couples or guests. Three other guys live here as well as two dogs. The guys living here are athletic, friendly, working full time, quiet and responsible. This is not a party house whatsoever.
