Hello , I have a private room in a 3 bedroom house with two full baths for rent. The house is 2150 square ft. Large stone fireplace and wet bar in the living room, terrific back deck. Great place for entertaining and cook outs. The Neighborhood backs up to a golf course. There is a community pool available that is walking distance. Your room is 12’ x 14’. It has an accordion style double door closet. There is also a shed where you can store a few things if needed. Your room is freshly painted. The room is available furnished or unfurnished.

A deposit of $500 (fully refundable if no damage) and first month’s rent must be paid before move-in • all utilities (power, water, Gas, high speed wireless internet) are included in rent price. • all kitchen pots, pans, utensils are provided (must clean after use) • cleaners/detergents, paper towels, laundry detergent/fabric etc softener, etc. all furnished • dedicated shelf in pantry and refrigerator provided. • laundry room with washer/dryer • bath with tub/shower (5 X 8.5 ft) that is shared with one other roommate • room is for single occupancy • Minimum of 3 months lease required with 30 days’ notice

I like anything outdoors, Art, fishing, and much more. I am easy going, Usually doing art- hobbies or watching a movie. My roommate is an older lady and stays to herself for the most part. she is laid back and a very nice lady. once i get a room mate if all goes well i hope to buy a boat to go on the lake. There are several boat ramps five minutes from my door.
