Kate's room

I live in the second floor apartment of a gorgeous 130-year-old house in Concord. There is a ton of shared living space (including a bay window!) and the apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is wonderful if, like me, you cook most of your meals. The neighbors are very nice, the landlord is great, and the neighborhood is quiet. Washer and dryer are included.

Hi! I’m Kate. I’m a law student and I would like to be friends or at least on friendly terms with a roommate. I would say I’m high-level clean but mid-level tidy, if that makes sense (so hygiene matters a lot more to me in a roommate than clutter). I love to decorate the house and would enjoy getting to know someone else’s decorating style as well. My schedule is prone to fluctuations so some weeks I am home 24/7 and others I am home only for a few hours each day. I’m not super loud and I go out only a few times per month, though I do like to have friends over and would like my roommate to feel free to do the same. I have a beautiful black cat named Hallow who mostly lives outside but comes in the house sometimes; she is very sweet to humans but gravely antagonistic toward other animals.
