Property is a 3 bedroom 3 bath with 2 car garage. Tenant will access to kitchen and washer & dryer onsite. 6 month lease required, then month to month with 30-day notice.

Current residents are both in late fifties, and live at location from time to time due to work obligations. We’re looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual. No pets, no overnight guests, no smoking, no drugs, and no weapons. Background check and proof of income required. Single occupancy only.
