My lovely roommate of 2 years is off on a new adventure, which means a cozy room in our beautiful 2 bed 1 bath apt in Beverly Hills will be up for grabs starting in mid-January to sign a 1-year lease with me (which we can renew afterwards). The room comes unfurnished and has a ton of closet space. The place has a pool and comes with a parking spot. And there’s a lot of green around! The neighborhood is very walkable and the street is very quiet. It’s a ~ 20’ walk to the Rodeo Drive shops and a 4’ drive to the Century City Westfield Mall. All the neighbors (10 apts) are incredibly nice.

I’m seeking a professional female in her late 20s/early 30s to share the space. Rent is $1,680/month + utilities (plus 1 month of rent for security deposit). I value a clean and tidy space. Communication is also super important! I’d rather chat about any concerns before they become an issue :). Would love to find someone who would like to hang out (either at home or exploring the city) every now and then and become friends with! I love pets but unfortunately this is a no-pet unit. About me: I’m a 30-year-old finance professional who moved from Boston to LA two years ago. I’m all about diving into books, exploring art museums and galleries, soaking up the sun at the beach, traveling, and going window shopping. I also enjoy hosting a small group of friends every now and then for wine and pizza. But, of course, would never have anyone over without telling you first!
