Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to sign a new lease in a 2B2Ba in a luxury apartment in Temescal (right next to MacArthur Bart)

About the building:

• Excellent location, close to all transit options (right next to MacArthur Bart, and the free Emerygoround bus stop)
• It’s a new complex with lot of amenities like a well equipped gym, rooftop pool, hot tub, game area, barbeque, sky kitchen, movie room, co-working lounge, social lounge, sundeck, Luxor supported storage room and concierge, among others.

About the unit -The unit has high ceilings and an awesome view of the Berkeley hills and great lighting

• This is a 2B2Ba, so you’ll be getting your own room + bathroom
• The apartment has in unit laundry
• The rent will be ~$1400 for a 14 months lease, and there are promos ongoing (which can bring this down even further depending on when we sign)

About me:

• I’m a 26 yo consultant working for a boutique consulting practice in SF and go into the office 2-3 days a week.
• I love hiking, traveling, cooking and playing board games.
• I’ve generally had great experiences with roommates and am looking for someone in mid-late twenties who has a stable job and can co-sign the lease with me (shared interests is a plus! But no worries if not)
