Landlord (myself) lives in the property with one other roommate (my girlfriend) and my dog. My dog is a 65 lb 9 year old pitbull that sheds a little bit.
The room for rent is on the first floor. 2nd floor is a shared living space with kitchen, entertainment area, dining area, 1/2 bathroom, and patio. 3rd floor is where the washer/dryer are and the two other bedrooms that are occupied.
Rent includes all bills so no other payments due monthly.
