About the room
I’m looking for a female student at UCF or Valencia college to sublease my room! The complex is really beautiful and has great amenities. The pool is large and there are many areas to sit by the pool. There is a gym with a sauna. Also a basketball and tennis court. This complex is 10 minutes away from UCF and Valencia college east campus.
About the roomies
My roommates are mostly quiet, the common areas stay neat and we try clear dishes every night. Most of them keep to themselves in their rooms and are easy to live with. Two of the roomies have a cat which mostly stay in their rooms. They are all responsible and friendly girls.
