Zachary's room

I’ve got a room just off the main street in Georgetown. I just moved in, and would like to take the rent down even more than it is. Its in a quiet neighborhood, very very close to pretty much everything in Georgetown, including of course the University. The building is old, and comes with the associated quirks. I will be in the process of fixing it up a bit, cleaning it, and furnishing it out. So if you don’t mind a bit of initial mess, this place is a steal.

I am an archive tech working at UK. I am a huge nerd and will assure you the internet is 100% functional at all times. I would prefer someone of the LGBTQIA+ community, so I can relax at home fully.
