Unfurnished private bedroom with a shared bathroom (own sink) available about 12 min away from CSULB and 5 min away from Target & Trader Joes. Parking is not an issue, there is a 2 car driveway and ample street parking. The house has in-unit laundry, central A/C & heat, the common areas fully furnished, the kitchen is completely stocked & equipped (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave). The property is also pet friendly, with a pet fee but no monthly pet rent. The neighborhood is residential so it’s very quiet and safe. The lease is month-to-month but the roommates are hoping for someone to stay for 6 months. The application fee is $29, which includes a background check. The room can also be available a couple days earlier if needed.
