Haley's room

Beautiful apartment in the Jersey City Newport area. Very close to the PATH and easy to commute into the city, with lots of cute bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is lofted 4 bedroom & 2.5 bath with a shared living room space, complete with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, and balcony. The room is private, but the bathroom would be shared with another roommate (bathroom has 2 sinks). Parking is available for an additional monthly fee. Amenities at the apartment include a pool, raquetball courts, tennis courts, gym, and quiet courtyard. Not to mention the view of the waterfront is beautiful! We can see the World Trade Center from our balcony window. Disclaimer: the dog in the photo will sadly be moving out.

The apartment is a shared space with 3 other women in their late 20’s. We’re all friends and would like the fourth roommate to be someone we could also be friends with.
