Unfurnished bedroom in Somerville, near Porter and Davis Squares. Available whenever. We plan to renew again in August and stay through Summer 2025. Full place is a 4 bed / 2 bath. The rest of the place fully furnished.

We’re three male, law students, ages 26-28. We’re mostly gone during the day, but cook frequently and hang out in the evenings (Omar makes some amazing Egyptian cuisine). Our two cats are adorable. We throw dinner gatherings fairly frequently and the occasional party. Looking for someone we generally get along with, as all three of us are friends. Great spot for someone who works from home, or goes to school in the area. Asking $1200 / month but are a little flexible.
