Brian's room

Nice 3-bedroom home near downtown DeLand/Woodland Blvd, close to shopping, restaurants, parks, clubs, etc. The furnished room is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. All amenities are included in the rent. Private covered parking space and small fenced-in back yard with screened patio. A very sweet feline is the only pet; the tenant must be careful when entering or leaving the house so she doesn’t try to escape. Use of the kitchen is possible with limits, to be discussed.

No other people are living in the house besides myself. I’m an artist/musician/writer and stay home a lot; I am a semi-retired, senior gay male who likes peace, quiet, and a clean, attractive environment. I’m easy to get along with but can be nearly invisible if that’s preferred. I respect the tenant’s space and privacy, and expect that in return.
