6 MINUTES FROM THE SUNRAIL STATION! Nice 3-bedroom home near downtown DeLand/Woodland Blvd, close to shopping, restaurants, parks, clubs, etc. The room and ensuite bathroom are on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. The room is accessed without going through the main, private part of the house. The screened-in patio is just off the room in the small privacy-fenced backyard. There is a TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the room. All utilities are included in the rent. There is a private covered parking space and a small fenced-in backyard with a screened patio. A very sweet indoor feline is the only pet. Light use of the kitchen. No pets or overnight guests. You must provide your own linens (sheets, towels, etc.)

No other people are living in the house besides me. I’m a semi-retired, senior gay male who likes peace, quiet, and a clean, attractive environment. I’m a liberal, vaxed, artist/musician/writer and I stay home a lot. I expect a tenant to keep their private area clean (a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit when vacated, if necessary) and clean up after themselves in shared areas. I respect the tenant’s space and privacy, and I expect that in return.
