Looking for a roommate at our place in Lake City/Olympic Hills . 10’ x 9.5’ room, $900 for the room, $120 for monthly utilities (internet, heat, water, sewer, & garbage), and a $400 Deposit with a 6 or 12-month lease available (month to month after or new lease if desired).

About the room: Medium-sized bedroom available, unfurnished, hardwood. Lots of natural light, and the Bedroom is located on the main floor. Good-sized closet space.

About the house: 4bd, 2 bath house Both bathrooms have a shower, you can have your own downstairs if you prefer private space, though the upstairs shower is nicer and we have space to share for storing toiletries in either bathroom. Built in 1960s - 1900sqft. Huge front and back yard. Upstairs is bathed in light. Downstairs is a daylight basement (perfect for movies and gaming)

Upstairs Deck: Relaxing and bright. Nice outdoor dining area and BBQ. Yards: Private back yard. Front yard has cool fire pit for those colder dryer days. Washer and Dryer onsite. Location: Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors The house is right on the 41 Bus Line, next to Safeway, only a quick walk to the central part of Lake City, and about 2 min from I-5. 99, Lightrail, North Seattle College, and Northgate are all within about 5 min. 10-15 commute to downtown by car depending on traffic (2 Min from the freeway). Between the three of us there is a huge driveway + easy off street parking.
