About the room
Shared with 3 other roommates (total 4 bedrooms in the Unit). I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I will be leaving the US. Sublets for a month or a few are fine too.
- Furnished Bed, heater, AC, some kitchen utensils, pans, pots, desks with office chairs, shared fridge, personal fridge, drawers, etc…
- Situated 3 min walk to L train (Metropolitan/Lorimer station), and also near G train.
- Include a cleaner once per month for kitchen and bathroom.
- Laundry down one block.
- No living room other than the kitchen space.
- Utility bills: water and gas are included but there is 25 dollars for internet and around 20 to 45 dollars for electricity)
About the roomies
All are ages below 30. We do not hangout with each other, we keep the area quiet, clean, and respectful.
