Heyy! I am looking for someone to sub-lease my single room starting February 1st until June 30th, 2024. The room is $1200, not including utilities. The house has on site washer and dryer. You will be living in a very spacious house, and the room itself is 12x12. The neighborhood is super safe and beautiful with a cute park and small OC library down the street, 2 community pools, amply street parking, and Park View Center is like a 2 minute drive or you can walkhas Zion and drive thru starbucks!!). Also it’s only a 5 minute drive to UCI!

*Also the room isn’t blue! It’s painted white now! And the downstairs is furnished with a large couch, coffee table, TV and dinner table.

My name is Catherin Espinoza. I am 21 years old and am a senior at UCI studying Criminology. I live with my bf (Pedro, 24). We like to chill at home and watch movies/play video games in our room or the living room. We have a roommate in another single room named Owen (28) and Khang (23) in the studio sized room.
