I’m looking for a roommate or couple to take the master bedroom in my 2bd2bth apartment. Second floor apartment with plenty of parking space. Gated complex right off of Joe Ramsey. I can send you pictures once my current roommates move out on the 4th! Very spacious closet, tall ceiling, large bathtub. I will deep clean it after roommates are gone. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, but I can happily make space for your things as well. I’m cool with you using my stuff, just treat it with respect.

Kitchen is large, fully furnished. I have a specialized diet, so I prefer to do food mostly separate. Plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. I have an instapot, large rice cooker, and microwave, in addition to the stove that’s part of the apartment. A lot of storage space.

Small patio in back that I don’t use much. Extra storage space there as well

All utilities included. In-unit washer/dryer, I own both units. They work great, but I keep meaning to replace the handle on the washer because it’s sticky.

Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Not strictly enforced, but I like to be respectful

I’m flexible with how much you pay. Making sure we’re compatible roommates is a lot more important than price point. 710 is a 50/50 split. We can work something out - I get how it be

I’m (23M) the only other person in the apartment, and I have a dog. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, moved from Michigan. I’m queer and asexual. Huge fan of Pokémon, and I have a lot of small hobbies. I like to build things, do things, learn things. I think everything is a learnable skill

I’m not a neat freak by any means, but I do have a distain for things that are “gross”. Dirty dishes piling up is my biggest pet peeve, and I don’t tolerate bugs lol.

I’m chill as long as you’re the same. I don’t mind doing a bit more of the housework as long as there’s mutual respect - especially if you’re down to take my dog out to pee on the weekends when I’m at work.

I work as a medical caregiver in Anna, TX - think CNA-type work. I work long hours on the weekend, and I’m awake at weird times. I’m a quiet person, and I don’t have people over very often.

Weed/nic friendly, but take the cigs to the patio. I occasionally smoke a cigarette on the patio after rough days at work, but that’s about a pack a year 😂 Weed isn’t my thing. I drink socially

My dog (8y/o, neutered, ~50lbs) gets along with all other dogs and barks at strangers. He usually thinks cats are fun, but cats rarely think the same back. He’s comfortably lived with both before. My last roommate described him as “oddly clean” 😂

He’s a great alert/security dog. Intelligent, so once you move in, you’ll be part of his “pack”. When I’m gone, he’ll likely follow you around. If you invite him up, he’ll lay on your bed, but he knows the meaning of “no”.
