Private room with private full bathroom in an unbeatable location in downtown Hoboken. The building (77 Park Ave Apartments) is located at Observer Highway between Park Ave and Garden, the building is a quick 4-5 minute walk from the PATH station and a few blocks in any direction from great bars, amazing restaurants, and plenty of grocery stores and shopping.

The apartment is technically a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment but has been converted into a 3-bedroom using a temporary wall. This is for the flexed bedroom. The master room is the largest at 18’6“ x 11’1“. You’d have your own bathroom with a shower in the room, plus 2 closets with one being a walk-in closet. The apartment has 1 other bathroom shared by the other roommates, a full kitchen with a sitting bar counter, and a walk-in storage closet. This room has a great view in the apartment, overlooking downtown Manhattan with 2 windows and a new AC/Heating unit.

The apartment building itself features amenities including a 3rd-floor sun deck with views of NYC complete with lounge chairs, tables, and grills, a fitness center, 2nd-floor laundry facility (no coins; you pay through an app), 24/7 concierge service, bike storage, valet dry cleaning (for an additional cost) and an attached parking garage (for an additional cost).

RENT: $1650 Not included in the rent are electric, water, and cable bills which come to around ~$100 per person/per month. There’s also a non-refundable $100 application fee that the building requires.

ROOMMATES: You’d be living with 2 guys in their mid to late twenties. Both of them are very respectful, easy-going, and considerate. One works in Finance and the other in Media in NYC. They’re normal guys who work hard during the week and grab a few beers on the weekend. Ideally, you are a like-minded person as well, but they’ll also accept those who prefer to keep to themselves.
