Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 2-story 2bed x 1.5 bath in Agoura Hills. I just recently moved in this month and I’m currently in the master room. The open room has a full bed and matching dresser so the room can come furnished or be unfurnished which is up to you! It will be available starting January 1st. The rent would be 1,350 a month. Water and trash are included but electricity, gas & Wi-Fi are not included and are paid monthly split together. I have ordered a couch, dining table, and other common area items that will be delivered soon. The place has an on-site washer and dryer. It also comes with a parking space that we can always share or if you’d like to pay more you could have it for yourself. It has central heating and a wall unit air conditioner in the room.

About me: I graduated college 2 years ago and work at Agoura High School in special education and I also have a very sweet senior golden retriever. I’m looking for a preferably female roommate in their 20s-30s. Other dogs are okay but I’m allergic to cats. Im looking for someone responsible, easy going and would be a bonus if we could even hang out as friends!
