About the room
I’m looking for someone ASAP to sublease my room in a spacious two-story home in a very peaceful neighborhood in Brea from January-July 2024. Rent is only $800! Students and/or working professionals are preferred!
The unfurnished room is upstairs, 143“ x 132“ (~11 x 12 ft) and comes with a large sliding door closet. You will be sharing a jack-and-jill style bathroom upstairs with two of the tenants. Comes with in-unit laundry. There is a driveway, with lots of street parking. Most utilities are covered but the landlord; however, tenants are responsible any amount exceeding $100 per month for gas/electricity.
The house is less than 5 miles (~10 minute drive) from CSUF/MBKU, 1.5 miles from Whole Foods, and 3 miles from Brea Mall. I am out of of town for the holidays. However, please message me for photos, more details, and we can schedule a tour! :)
About the roomies
You will be living with a graduate student, and two working professionals (around mid-20s). They are friendly, and are at work/school during the day.
