Each room is thoughtfully designed and comes furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and nightstand with a lamp.
We currently have 3 spacious furnished rooms for rent. The monthly rental rate for the spacious rooms is $800 each.
Additionally, the property features a newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances, including an induction stove and a convenient pot filler.
The shared living room is tastefully furnished and equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment.
Situated in a 3100 square foot house just north of Haller Lake, our location offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. You’ll be within walking distance of the lake park and a short 5-minute walk to the Sprouts grocery store and LA Fitness. With Aurora and I-5 just a 3-minute drive away, accessing other parts of the city is a breeze. Multiple bus stops, including the rapid transit E line, are also conveniently located within walking distance.
We offer 9–12-month leases for your flexibility. Utilities will be billed separately at a fixed monthly rate of $60. To secure your residency, a security deposit of $500, along with the first month’s rent, is required upon move-in.
