We have an amazing 4 bedroom girls only apartment at The Rive/BLVD 63 with one bed available in a double room! Perfect for a girl looking for a girls-only student apartment or roommates/friends looking to share the space. Here are some details about our apartment:

• The rent is $835 per month (which already includes the trash utility fee and the resident insurance fee)
• Electricity bill depends on consumption; however, it is usually around $30/$40.
• Indoor parking is available and costs $25 for the entire year.
• The apartment is fully furnished (with completely new kitchen appliances just changed during the renovation of The Rive, a dishwasher, a TV, a sofa, an armchair, a washing machine and a dryer on the balcony).
• A shuttle is available to and from SDSU every 15 minutes throughout the entire day.
• The move-in is scheduled for January.
• There is fast WI-FI throughout the apartment complex (which is included).
• There are 2 swimming pools, a hottub, many barbecues, different firepits, a gym, a clubhouse, and study rooms that can be used.
• The roommates are amazing, respectful, caring, and fun.
• The apartment has a balcony overlooking the inside of the complex, so you cannot hear street noises coming from outside.

The apartment is for girls only. I loved my roommates as soon as I met them and find that I have been very lucky to meet them. They are extremely kind and thoughtful. They are also really respectful and willing to help. We got along very well. They are students and workers. We also often cook together and watch movies in the living room.
