Hi, we are looking to fill a room in our house. It’s a five bedroom house, with a big back yard. Located near light rail. Rent is $800 per month and includes internet, water, electricity. It’s month to month lease and looking for long term if it works out. Pets are welcome, but does increase rent by $50.

A little bit about us; there are 4 roommates in total and we range from mid 20s to mid 30s. Some of us have been living together as long as five years. We all have different hobbies such as, hiking, kayaking, camping, gaming, and more. There are a range of pets at the house, we currently have 1 dog, 1 cat, and 6 chickens! We are all chill and understanding of each other.
