Looking for someone to join my lease in a 2b2b apartment, 1097sq ft. You would be getting a private room with private bath ( highlighted in red). Rent is $950 without utilities. I just moved in to the apartment, and the other room is available for move in starting 7th January 2024. Non smokers preferred. You would have to go through the leasing office, as they will do a background check and approve the application. The remaining lease term is 7 months as of now, but can be extended as well. Security deposit is 400.

The apartment is at Preserve apartments at blue ravine, Folsom. You are welcome to have a tour. 10 min drive to intel and 2 min to target and other grocery stores. Also has a walking trail behind the property. Shaded parking space and access to all amenities in the property such as gym, tennis court.
