Must be okay with living with a cat as I have one. I work a 9-5 job and prefer a clean, helpful, friendly roommate that can assist in daily cleaning. Cooking halal meals is a huge help as I love to cook with others but often am too busy. My last roommate was unclean so cleanliness is very important. Rent is $450 or $500 depending on your budget and includes free wifi internet. Utilities are not included in rent.
