Includes free WIFI, utilities, and washer/dryer. Complimentary housekeeping in the common areas. No smoking inside the home. One person to a room, no couples. $100 cleaning deposit. Pet deposit of $250 and an additional $20/mo pet fee.
There’s a personal shed in the backyard, large deck and yard, and grill you can use anytime.

About the roomies
Im not in the house, but there is one other roommate who is active duty army so he’s not around all that much. The house is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves, it’s an overall chill environment.
