Renting out one bedroom of a three-bedroom home in PF! The room can be furnished or not depending on what you need and want. You have access to all of the common areas. HEB, Target, & Walmart are just a few minutes away. The Domain is 10 miles away. Easy access to toll roads. *The carpet will be washed before you move in.

I have a small 2-year-old pup who doesn’t bark and is extremely chill. I am running a business and my time at home is where I come to relax. One room is rented upstairs and we wake up roughly around 4 am to work/go to the gym. Our nights are pretty quiet. We sometimes have board game nights and watch comedy specials. The majority of the time, we are working or in our rooms so you will have enough privacy to yourself.
